Continuing on your Path:
The course structure includes:
-
Morning check in with your
small group of participants. In this environment you will
process your experiences of the course and examine in depth some
important areas of the curriculum, exploring the nature of our
stress identity as individuals and culturally.
-
Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and
meditations will be practiced daily. Your course manual will
include all the kriyas and meditations that you practice in
class, plus a further selection of kriyas that you can use in
your classes when you return home.
-
Daily video class and
meditation class with the Master, Yogi Bhajan. These video
classes are the heart of Vitality and Stress and each one
explores a core theme of the module. As part of your course
materials you will receive DVD copies of the lectures presented
in the course as well as printed transcripts of each lecture.
-
In addition we will work
individually, using kriyas and meditations as well as other
processes to identify our stressors and provide tools to balance
and uplift ourselves and others.
-
A Home Study section to be
completed during the 90 days following the completion of the
course. You will have study questions to answer, a daily
meditation to practice, journaling, and three bridgeline calls
with the members of your small group.
-
Course final exam. At the
end of the 90 day post course period you will receive a multiple
