Food

We offer a delicious and nutritious vegetarian menu, which often includes vegan choices and organic produce. Meals will be served near the classroom and plenty of Yogi Tea will be available. Yogi Tea is a very tasty Ayurvedic tonic that works on various body systems and cleanses the blood. Please bring your own dishes (bowl, plate, fork, knife, spoon, mug or cup). For ecological reason we ask that you not bring disposable plates and cups.


Meal times:

Breakfast 7am – 8am
Lunch 12:15– 1:30 pm
Dinner 5:30 pm -6:30 pm

The first meal of the course is dinner, June 28th. The last meal is lunch, July 4th.
